Break Down
The design process for rebranding was going to take two steps to achieve. The first was rebranding the marketing website and marketing materials such as brochures, banners, event spaces, and swag. The second was rebranding the product suite for color palettes and fonts.
Building Foundations
Employee Compliance was an existing product. I used Brad’s Frost method of Atomic Design to help us create consistent materials. We were constantly creating one-off designs that were then making the development team turn them around slower. We needed a method to rule out one-off scenarios.
Collaboration
Throughout the process, I worked closely with the stakeholders, branding agency, and developers to ensure the consistency of the brand throughout the ACA ecosystem.
